World is going crazy... Christmas Trees Banned

The University of North Carolina is banning Christmas Trees. Yep, Christmas Trees 'cause they might offend someone. Nuts. The Seattle Airport is doing the same... Nuts. No one seems to care when those who love Christmas are offended. What happened to our freedom of speech rights? Where does it say in the Constitution or Bill of Rights that people can't be offended by words?

I just finished re-reading Atlas Shrugged. I highly recommend it to everyone if you haven't read it already. Very thought provoking and while this pc trend isn't exactly like some of the things that happened in the book, there's a similar "feel". Using not offending anyone as an excuse to offend the majority is crazy. Ayn Rand wouldn't be a promoter of Christian religion, but the underlying premise is close enough I think she'd be writing about it today if she were still with us.
