My comments: Time to get up off the couches, put down the remotes and get involved in your country's future one way or another! Think you can't do anything? You can make a phone call, write a letter, send an email, go to a meeting... Read the news for starters. I suggest reading news on-line, not cause I have a number of on-line news sites... I mean full-blown national on-line news... sign up for headlines from a number of sources and have them pop into your in-box... amazing what you learn just from skimming headlines.

Whether you like the changes that are happening or not, things ARE changing. It's your children's future... With the advent of the Internet it's easy to get involved and to really find out what's going on without leaving the comfort of your home.

If you're on the south side of Atlanta, stop by the Tea Party meeting on the 15th. The room will be packed, you won't be asked to do anything, it's a great way to dip your toe into the water.

If you're already past fed-up with media bias, with the way many news stations are blatantly avoiding much of the news, then consider joining the peaceful demonstration of the North Georgia group. I believe they meet in Alpharetta, check their website (above) for more info.
